Kyanite is a little black female Pixie Bob kitten. She has very long legs and is taller than the rest of our kittens. Her markings will only be visible in bright light and, unfortunately, these latest pictures do not show them off well. You can best see some of them in the left two pictures.
Kyanite pretty much has two speeds: sleeping and running. When she's awake, she runs everywhere she wants to go. She's almost like a little wind-up toy: When you set her down, off she goes! The only toys Kyanite plays with are fuzzy mice and anything with catnip in it, but her favorite toys are the fuzzy mice. She will pick them up and carry them off to hide them. She guards them against being taken by the other kittens, even growling at the other kittens to warn them off. Kyanite has no trouble out-running anyone trying to take the mouse from her due to her long legs and (seemingly) superior stamina.
